		<description>Well said. It&#039;s too often left up to one cog in the machine to deal with usability issues; and when that&#039;s the case, one spends most of one&#039;s time trying to impose  standards on the non-standards compliant work of others in the team.
 However, when the team works with a set of pre-defined standards, then the whole process -- and indeed the outcome -- is that much more...usable.</description>
